Anne Whitaker is a writer, astrologer, and astrology teacher based in Glasgow, Scotland. Working as an astrologer since 1983, she holds the Certificate from the Faculty of Astrological Studies (1983) and the Diploma from the Centre for Psychological Astrology, London (1998), where she studied with Liz Greene and the late Charles Harvey. Academic qualifications include an M.A. degree and postgraduate Diplomas in Education and Social Work. Background spans adult education, generic and psychiatric social work, and private practice as a counsellor, counselling supervisor, and mentor. Since 2019, personal horoscope readings are no longer offered; the focus is now on mentoring student astrologers, supporting fellow professional astrologers, teaching a small tutorial group, and writing.
