Chris Brennan is a professional astrologer based in Denver, Colorado, specialising in Hellenistic astrology - the Greco-Roman tradition of horoscopic astrology practiced from approximately the first century BCE through the seventh century CE. Educated at Kepler College with a focus on cross-cultural comparisons between astrological traditions, he also trained with Robert Hand's Project Hindsight. He is the author of Hellenistic Astrology: The Study of Fate and Fortune (Amor Fati Publications, 2017), a comprehensive survey of the Hellenistic tradition and its techniques. He is the host of The Astrology Podcast, a weekly award-winning show covering the history, philosophy, and techniques of astrology. He is a former President of the Association for Young Astrologers and former Research Director of NCGR. He founded the Denver Astrology Group in 2008 and runs The Astrology School, an online platform offering courses on Hellenistic astrology, electional astrology, horary astrology, and professional practice.
