Jess Abbott is a psychological astrologer and the creator of Inkblot Astrology, based in Kittery, Maine. She holds a Diploma in Psychological Astrology from the Mercury Internet School of Psychological Astrology (MISPA), certification from the Centre for Psychological Astrology (CPA), and is a member of the Association of Professional Astrologers International (APAI). Additional training includes the Professional Astrologer Course with Chris Brennan at The Astrology School, Counselling Skills for Astrologers with Mark Jones at Astrology University, and History of Astrology with Demetra George at Astrology University. Mentorship was received through the AFAN Mentoring Program. Her approach draws from both psychological and traditional astrological methods, using classical rulerships and the Campanus house system, informed by the work of Liz Greene, Darby Costello, and Dane Rudhyar. Before astrology, Jess spent a decade in the music industry as a songwriter, performer, and music manager. She hosts the Dive Bar Astrology podcast and runs a Patreon community. All readings are conducted virtually via Zoom.
