Joni Patry is one of the most recognized Vedic astrologers and teachers in the world, based in Dallas, Texas. Practice spans over 45 years, beginning with 20 years in Western astrology before transitioning fully to Vedic / Jyotish. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. Joni founded the University of Vedic Astrology, a fully online certification school for Jyotish, and publishes a monthly Astrology Insights Magazine. She has authored more than 14 books on Vedic astrology, has spoken as a keynote speaker at major international conferences, and has appeared on national and international television. Readings are conducted via Zoom, phone, or Skype, covering natal chart interpretation, predictions, and timing guidance through the lens of the sidereal system and the 27 nakshatras. Joni has received the 2015 Jyotish Star of the Year award and the Dr. B.V. Raman Janma Shatamanothsava Award Jyotisha Choodamani. She has served as faculty member for ACVA and CVA and as Vedic track coordinator for UAC 2018.
