Kelly Surtees has been in private astrological practice since 2003. She holds an FAA Practitioners Diploma in Astrology (Federation of Australian Astrologers) and a Diploma in Holistic Counselling from Nature Care College, Sydney. Her astrological approach is grounded in traditional and Hellenistic techniques, including sect, essential dignity, and the whole sign house system, informed by study with Demetra George and Parampara Hughes. Austin Coppock is a long-term collaborator and Astrology Podcast co-host. Kelly is a senior instructor on the faculty of Astrology University and runs a comprehensive online astrologer training program through kellysastrology.com, covering foundations through advanced Hellenistic techniques. She writes for and edits the annual WellBeing Astrology Guide and maintains an active blog and monthly membership community. She has lectured at major international conferences including UAC, NORWAC, ISAR, SOTA, FAA, and NCGR across Australia, Canada, the United States, and Europe.
