Toby Aldren is a professional astrologer and educator based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, with additional in-person availability on the Sunshine Coast (Gibsons, Roberts Creek, Sechelt, and Halfmoon Bay). He has been practising astrology professionally since 1998 and was awarded the Diploma of the Faculty of Astrological Studies (D.F.Astrol.S.) in 2013 - recognising rigorous training in chart reading, forecasting, and astro-consultancy. He maintains his association with the Faculty as a Distance Learning Tutor, an Online Classes tutor, and a regular participant in their annual Summer School in Oxford. A formal background in education runs through his entire professional life: he has taught on the faculty of Sheridan College (Oakville, Ontario), the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto, and in public school systems in both Ontario and British Columbia. He is a member of APAI, the Astrological Association (UK), and the Faculty of Astrological Studies, and has lectured at the Canadian Astrology Conference, SOTA (Buffalo, NY), and the UK Astrological Association Conference.
