Aggie Damron began her astrological journey in the late 1960s with The Church of Light and the Self Realization Fellowship Center in Los Angeles. In the early 1970s she was certified as a Professional Astrologer by the American Federation of Astrologers (PMAFA). Her studies have included Hermetic Astrology, Mental Alchemy, Jungian Psychology and Dreamwork, Yoga, and Meditation. Her teachers and mentors included Doris Chase Doane, Lois Rodden, Dr. Vivian Long, and Marion March. She led a counseling practice in Los Angeles spanning 25 years. In 1990, a significant experience of illumination led her to a period of retreat, and she subsequently moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico in 2001 before returning to Los Angeles, where she is now accepting new clients and a limited number of students. She is also the author of the book Statements on Being: A Way of Self-Inquiry.
