Born in Dublin, Ireland, and now based in California, training includes a Diploma with merit from the Mayo School of Astrology in London, completed through a rigorous three year program. A lifelong practitioner of meditation and Sanskrit mantra for over four decades, the practice is also informed by training as a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) practitioner, which is often combined with astrological work for clients seeking deeper healing. A profound personal spiritual awakening in earlier years shaped much of the current approach to client work, which continues to draw on ongoing introspection and practice. Membership is held with the Organization for Professional Astrology (OPA) and the International Society for Astrological Research (ISAR). Teaching activities include the weekly Sacred Air YouTube series and the Demystifying Your Natal Chart course, alongside regular blog writing on seasonal astrological themes.
