Bill Mayer Montmorency has been practicing astrology professionally since 1995. He holds NCGR Level IV certification, which he achieved in 1999 as reportedly the youngest person to have done so at that time, and ISAR CAP (Certified Astrology Professional) status. His practice covers natal chart interpretation, relationship analysis, predictive forecasting, electional timing, locational analysis (astrocartography), and horary astrology. He is also a teaching astrologer who has offered instruction at all levels of the subject, to both enthusiasts and aspiring professionals.
