About

Boris Izraitel co-founded the Moscow Academy of Astrology in 1990 and was later involved in forming the Higher School of Classical Astrology. He served as President of the Russian Astrology Center from 1992 to 1994 and was a member of the Professional Council of the Moscow Union of Astrologers from 1990 to 1996. From 1991 to 2003 he was editor-in-chief of the Russian Astrology Journal, the first professional astrology publication in Russian. He holds NCGR Level III certification (1995) and headed the NCGR Euro-Asian Chapter from 1996 to 2005, overseeing certification programs across multiple post-Soviet countries. The title Doctor of Astrology was awarded in 1991 by the Scientific Council of the Moscow Academy of Astrology. His early studies began in 1982 in a group led by Mikhail Levin. He has authored over 150 articles published internationally and seven astrological monographs. He has presented at over 25 international conferences and teaches through the International School of Modern Astrology (ISOMA).
