Carmen Turner-Schott holds a Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis (1999) and a degree in Psychology from Fontbonne University (1997). She is a licensed clinical social worker (MSW, LCSW, LISW) and spent over 25 years supporting survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and military families as a social worker for the US Air Force. A self-taught astrologer from age 16, her research and writing has focused on the 8th and 12th astrological houses, trauma, healing, and spirituality, informed by her own experience as an 8th and 12th house person. She holds additional certifications including Usui Reiki Master Energy Healer Level III, Pranic Healing Practitioner, Akashic Records International Consultant Level II, Quantum Hypnosis Healing Technique (QHHT Level I), Certified Trauma Specialist, and training in Crisis Intervention and Suicide Prevention. She completed specialised training in Parapsychology and Research at the University of Edinburgh (2009). She is faculty at Kepler College (including Ethics 101, 2025) and has taught for the Association of Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.) and the College of Psychic Studies in the United Kingdom. Her practice is also influenced by the Edgar Cayce material.
