Cassandra Leoncini began astrological studies in the early 1970s and has worked as a practicing astrological counselor since the 1980s. She holds a BA in Cultural Anthropology from Fort Lewis College and an MA in Symbolic Anthropology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with graduate-level training in archetypal psychology. Her approach integrates chart interpretation with myth, storytelling, and earth-based symbolic practice with a shamanic sensibility. She is the principal of the Hesperus Foundation for Awakening, LLC, through which she teaches regular workshops and classes offering creative and healing guidance for people in transition. She also contributes to the monthly Moons and Mythos video series through Heliastar and publishes the annual Two Eagles Astrology Thirteen Moons Lunar Calendar.
