Cece Stevens has studied astrology since the age of 16 and has practiced professionally for more than five decades. She is a member of the National Council for Geocosmic Research (NCGR) and the founder of the California Holistic Chamber of Commerce. Her practice integrates astrology, numerology, and psychic mediumship, with published work in solar and lunar returns. She is also a trained Reiki practitioner, crystal healer, and dowser. She organized major metaphysical events including the Crystal Skulls Festival and World Mysteries Conference, and founded the Cosmic Cafe brand under which she publishes books, astrological tools, and educational products including the Astro-Magi Cards of Fate deck.
