Fei Cochrane holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education (BSE) and professional astrology credentials including TACC (Theoretical and Applied Cosmic Cybernetics, a 4-year program) and PAC. She was among the first graduates of The Avalon School of Astrology in 2006 and launched her professional practice immediately after graduation. She is President of Cosmic Patterns Software, Matrix Software, and The Avalon School of Astrology. She is one of the co-founders of Vibrational Astrology, a highly precise approach to chart interpretation using harmonic and vibrational techniques. She is an integral member of the Cosmic Patterns Research Team and co-founded the annual Vibrational Astrology Conference and the Cosmic Patterns Conference. She also owns Starguidance.com, which provides written personalized chart interpretations. She is a speaker, teacher, computer technician, mentor, and life coach who has presented at conferences in the USA and internationally.
