Fern Feto Spring (also known as Fern Vuchinich) trained in the Evolutionary Astrology apprenticeship program of Steven Forrest and holds the Steven Forrest Master Astrologer designation. She is a teacher for the Forrest Center for Evolutionary Astrology. Her studies extend well beyond astrology: she holds an advanced herbalist certification from the California School of Herbal Studies, completed training in Ancestral Medicine with Daniel Foor, and completed a mentorship in medical astrology with Kira Sutherland. Formative early mentors include Asata Gabriel (astrologer and herbalist, over 25 years of mentorship) and Rio Olesky. She holds an M.A. from the Hutchins School of Liberal Studies at Sonoma State University with an independent focus in Ecopsychology, and a teaching credential from San Francisco State University. Additional certifications cover acupressure, reiki and energy healing, flower essences, and therapeutic massage. Professional memberships include OPA, ISAR, and NCGR. She is a founding member of A Fool's Journey Retreat and has lectured and taught workshops across the United States.
