Fiona Brandon is a licensed psychotherapist, astrologer, educator, author, and meditation teacher based in San Francisco, California. Astrological practice spans over 20 years and draws on more than 15 years of clinical experience as a psychotherapist and an equally long commitment to contemplative practice and Buddhist psychology. She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the Pacifica Graduate Institute, where research focused on the meditative practice of Authentic Movement and the use of symbols and dream imagery in psychotherapy. Fiona is a core faculty member at the Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Science and director of their Compassion-Based Resilience Training (CBRT) program. She integrates depth psychology, parts work, somatic-based trauma psychotherapy, Buddhist psychology, and dreamwork into both her therapeutic and astrological practice.
