About
Greg Bogart is a licensed psychotherapist (LMFT), astrologer, author, and university educator based in Berkeley, California. Graduate work was completed at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) and Saybrook University, and he has been a licensed psychotherapist since 1991. He currently lectures in the Department of Psychology at Sonoma State University, teaching courses on Transitions in Adult Development, Depth-Oriented Psychotherapies, Myth, Dream and Symbol, and Existential and Transpersonal Psychologies. Previous teaching positions include CIIS, John F. Kennedy University, Dominican University, and the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology. The astrological practice integrates meditation, hatha yoga, Jungian dreamwork, existential psychotherapy, and psychosynthesis with the cyclical wisdom and archetypal symbolism of astrology.
