Helen Fost holds an MA from the University of Oxford and a Diploma from the Faculty of Astrological Studies (D.F.Astrol.S.), and is a Fellow of the Association of Professional Astrologers International. She has been working with astrology since 1992. In addition to her astrological practice, she has trained in NLP, life coaching, hypnotherapy, Time Therapy and Process Work, and is a graduate of the Healing the Light Body school, having studied with contemporary shaman Alberto Villoldo and the Four Winds Society in the United States since 2003. She studied meditation and healing for twenty years with modern mystic Manuel Schoch, and is also a writer and explorer of contemporary shamanic performance. The practice blends natal chart work with shamanic and coaching approaches, working with the birthchart as a map toward uncovering the wound as a source of personal power and co-creating one's highest potential.
