Helen Stillwell holds a Diploma in Psychological Astrology and a Certificate in Psychological Astrology, and is a Fellow of the Professional Astrologers Association International (F.A.P.A.I., Dip.Psych.Astrol.). She is also a member of the College of Sound Healing. Her broader practice in mind, body, and spirit work spans more than 30 years and includes counselling, metaphysical study, and a wide range of healing modalities. She has trained as a Sound Healing Practitioner since 2006, working with crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, percussion, drum, and voice, and completed Gong Master Training in 2024 with Don Conreaux and Aidan McIntyre. Additional qualifications include Reiki Practitioner (2014), Reiki Master (2017), Certified Soul Realignment Practitioner (2010), I.T.E.C. Massage Therapist (1989), and studies in Flower, Crystal, and Gem essences (1999 to 2001). This breadth of training across the healing arts informs a holistic approach in which the astrological chart is one tool among many for understanding the whole person.
