Helena La Barbera was born in Poland, where she studied astrology at the Warsaw School of Astrology and the Polish Astrological Society. She later graduated from Kepler College in the United States and holds certification in Hellenistic Astrology from Chris Brennan. Her astrological practice spans both traditional and psychological approaches, and she integrates multiple modalities into client sessions, including tarot, channeling, and hypnotherapy. She is also a certified Reiki energy healer and Sound Therapist. In addition to client work, she produces educational content in both Polish and English, including a blog at helenastrology.com, a YouTube channel, downloadable educational materials, and the Polish-language astrology podcast helenauczyastrologii.pl. She is a member of multiple astrological organisations in Poland and internationally. Sessions are conducted via Zoom worldwide or in person at her office in Peachtree City, Georgia.
