Hunter Reynolds is an astrological counselor, teacher, writer, and dharma poet. Born in Chicago and raised in an intentional community based on the teachings of 17th-century mystic Emmanuel Swedenborg, he has since been shaped by Advaita, Buddhism, and the non-dual teachings of Adyashanti. A full-time astrologer since 2002, Hunter weaves the meditative insights of Eastern philosophy with Western psychological astrology to create a unique form of counseling he calls Astrodharma - an approach in which astrological archetypes are understood as styles of awakening. He offers professional phone consultations worldwide and facilitates an intensive 3-month archetypal literacy course called the Styles of Awakening Training.
