About
Janet Menefy (also known by her spiritual name Sagari) is a practising astrologer with over 40 years of experience, working across New Zealand and Australia. Formal studies began in New Zealand and continued in Australia, with the FAA Basic Certificate gained in 1993 and the FAA Practitioners Certificate in 1994. Janet holds the Professional Member designation of the Federation of Australian Astrologers (PMFAA) and the Accredited Astrology Teacher (AAT - FAA) qualification. She has been a member of the Association of Professional Astrologers (APA) since 2006 and serves as an examiner on the FAA Exam Board. Based in Quaama, near Bega, NSW, Janet offers individual astrology and tarot sessions, and runs astrology classes from Beginners to Advanced levels. She is the creator of Circle Work - a unique experiential method of working with the birth chart laid out physically on the floor - and is co-creator of Astro Essences. Eastern spirituality and meditation have been significant threads throughout her astrological practice.
