Julene Louis (formerly Packer-Louis) is a professional Vedic and Western astrologer, teacher, lecturer, and writer based in the Cleveland, Ohio area. She has been teaching astrology and providing professional consultations since 2000, beginning as a Western astrologer before deepening into Vedic / Jyotish practice. She is a Jyotish Visharada through the Council of Vedic Astrology (CVA) and holds certifications from NCGR and ISAR (CAP - Certified Astrological Professional). She is a graduate of the International Academy of Astrology and is the CEO of the International Academy of Astrology. Julene is the author of the Sky Watch column in The Mountain Astrologer, co-founder of the Sky Astrology Conference, and is well known for her mission to reconnect astrologers with the living night sky. She lectures regularly at major astrology conferences including UAC, ISAR, MAC, and the Sedona Vedic Astrology Conference.
