Jupiter Lai co-founded the Academy of Astrology with Rod Chang in 2008, an institution providing professional Western astrology training to Chinese speaking students across Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, and Malaysia, accredited by the Association of Professional Astrologers International. She began her formal training with the Faculty of Astrological Studies in London and subsequently received certification from the School of Traditional Astrology, where she is now a faculty member delivering the Practitioner's Level Horary Course in Chinese. She has presented at the FAA International Astrology Conference in Australia in 2018 and lectured internationally, and is the author of nine books on astrology and related subjects published in Chinese.
