Kenan Yasin Bölükbaşı is a consulting astrologer, researcher, author, and educator based in Istanbul, Turkey. Born in 1989, he studied Molecular Biology and Genetics at Istanbul Kültür University before transitioning to professional astrology in 2013. He specialises in AstroMapping (Astro*Carto*Graphy and Cyclo*Carto*Graphy), Medical Astrology, Mundane Astrology, Horary, and Electional Astrology, and integrates traditional, Hellenistic, Jyotish, Psychological, Uranian, Karmic, and Draconic techniques into a distinctive experimental framework. He holds the ISAR CAP certification and is a Council Member of the Association of Professional Astrologers International (APAI), a member of the Astrological Association (AA), OPA, and the Cosmic Intelligence Agency (C*I*A), where he serves as European Representative (Agent 104). He is currently on the faculty of Kepler College, teaching AstroMapping, transits, and progressions. In 2021 he founded the Deneysel Astroloji Akademi (Experimental Astrology Academy) in Turkey, which offers internationally accredited professional training. He is the author of four books published in Turkey: Rising Above the Chart (2019), The Rules of the Universe (2021), Planetary Formulas (2023), and The Knowledge of the Earth (2024). He has organised and spoken at national and international astrology conferences, including the Istanbul Astrology Conference series.
