Laura Nalbandian is a second-generation evolutionary astrologer, teacher, and conference organiser who has been teaching and practicing since 1986. She grew up immersed in astrology through her family bookstore Astrology Et Al and the NORWAC conference, which was founded by her mother Maggie Nalbandian in 1984 and which Laura now owns and coordinates. Her philosophical foundation is the Evolutionary Astrology system developed by Jeffrey Wolf Green, with whom she studied from 1983 to 1986. In 2019 she co-founded the SoulWise School of Evolutionary Astrology alongside Patricia Walsh and Rose Marcus. She is a founding board member of Kepler College and has served as President and Vice-President of the Washington State Astrological Association. Her conference credits include coordinating UAC 2002 and UAC 2018, and presenting at NORWAC since 1989, ISAR 2005 and 2014, UAC, NCGR 2010, and Jeffrey Wolf Green's Evolutionary Astrology Conferences. She has appeared on The Astrology Podcast with Chris Brennan (Episodes 75 and 256) and hosted her own internet radio show Astrology Talk from 1998 to 1999, as well as a weekly spot on a local Seattle station from 1993 to 1996.
