Margaret Gray began her formal astrological studies in the late 1980s in Bristol, UK with psychological astrologer Cate Reidy, followed by a three-year Diploma in Psychological Astrology with distinction at the Centre for Psychological Astrology (CPA) in London, studying under Liz Greene, Melanie Reinhart, and the late Charles Harvey. She holds a BA in Sociology from Trinity College Dublin, an MSW in Clinical Social Work from the USA, and a BA in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Ireland. She is also a trained family and business mediator, a Reiki Master, and completed past life regression training with Dr. Brian Weiss. She has served on the ISAR board of directors for four years and as a founding board member of the International Association of Ethics in Astrology (IAEA, 2020 to 2022), and is a member of NCGR, the UK Astrological Association, and OPA. She is the founder of Astrology Ireland and director of the Centre for Relationships and Astrology, through which she runs the Astrology of the Heart, a four-step certification programme for practitioners. She has lectured at NORWAC, ISAR, NCGR, the UK Astrological Association, ASPAS (Portugal), and the International Conference in Perugia. She has been featured in The Irish Times and on Virgin Media FM.
