Öner Döşer received a Medieval Astrology qualification, Adept in Medieval Astrology, directly from Robert Zoller, who is named as his primary teacher in traditional medieval astrology. He founded the School of Astrology in Turkey in 2005, now known as AstroArt School of Astrology, along with School of Astrology Publications and Astrology Television. AstroArt School has been on the APAI and ISAR approved schools list since 2016. He holds ISAR and OPA proficiency certificates and is a member of APAI. He teaches online courses at Kepler College in Seattle and has organised International Astrology Days in Istanbul annually since 2012, bringing together leading figures in the field from around the world.
