Rod Chang is a professional astrologer, author, and teacher born in Taiwan and based in London. Studies began in the teens and formal training continued with the Faculty of Astrological Studies in London and the London School of Astrology. Specializing in mundane astrology, financial astrology, astrocartography, fixed stars, comets, and eclipses, Rod takes a humanistic approach to chart interpretation. He has authored seven astrology textbooks in Chinese and taught western astrology in Mandarin for over ten years. Rod was the in-house astrologer on three seasons of a popular daytime television programme in Taiwan. Since 2015 he has spoken at international astrology conferences in Poland, the United Kingdom, and Australia (19th FAA International Astrology Conference, 2016). Rod is co-founder of the Academy of Astrology (AOA), which opened in Taiwan and Hong Kong before expanding into China and Japan. He is also founder of the Academy of Astrology UK (AOA UK), bringing the curriculum to English-speaking students. He is a volunteer trustee and board member of the Astrological Association of Great Britain, and hosts the monthly Worldscope Mundane Astrology live-streaming panel series on YouTube and Instagram.
