Stephanie Telesco grew up in the Philippines in a culture that embraced the unseen, which shaped her early interest in astrology. She later taught English as a Second Language in San Francisco and remedial reading and English in Nevada City, waited tables and worked as a real estate broker in Sun Valley, Idaho, and co-owned a women's clothing store. In her early 40s she earned a master's degree in Instructional Technology in Pennsylvania before joining her husband's restaurant business in Boise, Idaho, which they operated together for 28 and a half years until retiring in early 2013. She began her astrological studies in the early 1990s and started consulting professionally in 2006, holding a BA and MS alongside her OPA astrology certification. Her practice has covered natal interpretation as well as horary and mundane astrology, and she has written educational articles on the houses of the birth chart for her astrology blog.
