Tosca Dekkers is the astrologer behind StarScience, a consultancy based at The Astrology Centre - housed in the historic Ebenezer Chapel in Petworth, West Sussex, England. As the daughter of noted Dutch astrologer Betty Dekkers, she grew up immersed in the world of astrology. After an early adult life studying French in Grenoble and European Studies in Amsterdam, she worked in several European countries including as a consultant for the European Commission in Brussels, before spending almost 30 years in the clinical research industry. Throughout this period she continued to develop her astrological practice alongside her corporate career. A formal three-year diploma study at the Centre for Psychological Astrology (CPA) in London under Liz Greene, completed in 2011 with a personal commendation, anchored the transition to full-time astrology. The Ebenezer Chapel, established as The Astrology Centre in 2012, now serves as the base for both in-person and online consultations, focusing on natal chart interpretation, solar return readings, and intuitive guidance.
