Tosca Dekkers is the daughter of noted Dutch astrologer Betty Dekkers and grew up immersed in astrology from childhood. She studied French in Grenoble and European Studies in Amsterdam before working across several European countries, including as a consultant for the European Commission in Brussels. She then spent almost 30 years in the clinical research industry, developing her astrological practice alongside her corporate career throughout this period. A formal three year diploma at the Centre for Psychological Astrology (CPA) in London under Liz Greene, completed in 2011 with a personal commendation, anchored her transition to full time astrology. Her primary formal teacher was Liz Greene at the CPA, with her mother Betty Dekkers as a lifelong foundational influence. The Astrology Centre, established in 2012 at the historic Ebenezer Chapel, now serves as the base for her in person and online consultations.
