Dale O'Brien began serious astrological study in 1969 and became a full-time astrologer in 1991. He holds a BA with honors in Education from the University of Maryland and is trained as a Dream Tender through the Pacifica Graduate Institute. For approximately fifteen years he led the premier Washington D.C. astrological organisation of its era.
