Helen Fost holds an MA from the University of Oxford and a Diploma from the Faculty of Astrological Studies, D.F.Astrol.S., obtained in 1999. She has trained in NLP, life coaching, hypnotherapy, Time Therapy, and Process Work, and is a graduate of the Healing the Light Body school, having studied with contemporary shaman Alberto Villoldo and the Four Winds Society in the United States since 2003. She studied meditation and healing for twenty years with modern mystic Manuel Schoch, and is also a writer and explorer of contemporary shamanic performance.
