Hunter Reynolds has been a full-time astrologer since 2002. He was born in Chicago and raised in an intentional community shaped by the teachings of 17th-century mystic Emmanuel Swedenborg, and has since drawn deeply on Advaita, Buddhism, and the non-dual teachings of Adyashanti. These influences form the philosophical core of Astrodharma, the framework he developed in which astrological archetypes are understood as distinct styles of spiritual awakening rather than personality types or life circumstances. Alongside individual phone consultations, he facilitates a 3-month intensive called the Styles of Awakening Training, a 3-month one-on-one Chart-Reading Apprenticeship, and a Student-Traveler Program. He is the author of two books, a regular podcaster, and an active blogger. He has been endorsed by astrologer Rob Brezsny as one of the most interesting astrological thinkers working today.
