Kenan Yasin Bolukbasi was born in 1989 and studied Molecular Biology and Genetics at Istanbul Kultur University before transitioning to professional astrology in 2013. He is a member of the Astrological Association, OPA, and the Cosmic Intelligence Agency, where he serves as European Representative under the designation Agent 104. In 2021 he founded the Deneysel Astroloji Akademi, the Experimental Astrology Academy, in Turkey, offering internationally accredited professional training. He is the author of four books published in Turkey, Rising Above the Chart in 2019, The Rules of the Universe in 2021, Planetary Formulas in 2023, and The Knowledge of the Earth in 2024, and has organised and spoken at national and international astrology conferences including the Istanbul Astrology Conference series.
