Lars Panaro is an astrologer, musician, and tarot practitioner originally from the United States, now based in Tartu, Estonia. He was introduced to astrology while pursuing a BFA in guitar performance at the California Institute of the Arts, where his first teacher was harp professor Susan Allen, a direct student of the humanistic astrologer Dane Rudhyar. Rudhyar's holistic and transpersonal approach formed his initial framework. He subsequently studied Hellenistic astrology through Chris Brennan and Indian Jaimini and Vedic techniques through Ernst Wilhelm, developing a multi-tradition practice. He completed further studies locally in Albuquerque, New Mexico with teacher Sandy Bryan. He holds the DMA Diploma of Medieval Astrology, originally created by Robert Zoller and delivered through New Library. His approach draws on classical and traditional systems rather than modern psychological astrology. He contributes articles to The Mountain Astrologer and has appeared as a podcast guest on Within Orb (CAELi Institute, Episode 15) and multiple episodes of Celestial Vibes Podcast.
