Moses has been practicing astrology professionally since his freshman year of college in 1994. His specialty since the early 2000s has been locational astrology, also known as astrocartography or relocation astrology. He was the first locational astrologer featured on The Astrology Podcast in 2017. He was the founding President of the Association for Young Astrologers (2003–2004) and has spoken at numerous conferences including ISAR, ACVA, and UAC. He is ISAR CAP certified and holds an Astro*Carto*Graphy certification through the Continuum foundation established by Jim Lewis. His articles have been published in the ISAR journal and The Mountain Astrologer, and in the anthology Astrology: The New Generation. He uses both Western and Vedic astrology in combination, drawing on the planetary cycles of Jyotish for timing. He was the first recipient of the Stella Award from the Arizona Society of Astrologers in 2009. He has three children and has been a Big Brother to several boys.
