Xenia Berndt began her astrological studies in 2005 and gained a Diploma in Psychological Astrology from the Centre for Psychological Astrology in 2011, a school co-founded by Liz Greene and Howard Sasportas. In 2006 she began working with the energetic anatomy of the human body through the School of Creative Kinesiology, qualifying as a Creative Kinesiologist in 2014. Her journey with Movement Medicine, a movement meditation practice, began in 2009, with apprentice teacher training starting in 2014 and completing in 2020.
