Xenia Berndt is a psychological astrologer, Creative Kinesiologist, and Movement Medicine teacher based in the Exeter and Exmouth area of Devon, England. Astrological study began in 2005, and a Diploma in Psychological Astrology from the Centre for Psychological Astrology (CPA) was gained in 2011. In 2006, work began with the energetic anatomy of the human body through the School of Creative Kinesiology, qualifying as a Creative Kinesiologist in 2014. The journey with Movement Medicine, a movement meditation practice, began in 2009; apprentice teacher training started in 2014 and completed in 2020. Consultations integrate these disciplines, working with the astrological chart as a tool for bringing unconscious patterns into conscious awareness, alongside Creative Kinesiology for body, emotion and energy system work. Astrological readings are available worldwide via video call. Creative Kinesiology and Movement Medicine work is offered in person in the Exeter area. Registered with the BCAM (British Complementary Medicine Association), the APAI (Association of Professional Astrologers International), and the Movement Medicine Association.
